Abstract

This article discusses the problem of team building, which is not only a management tool but also a key factor in improving the quality of the educational process. It considers the key problems that reduce the effectiveness of teamwork: insufficient communication, unclear distribution of responsibilities and blurred tasks. Solutions such as managing team size, allocating functional roles, setting clear goals and developing a communication system are suggested. Particular attention is paid to the importance of teamwork in the context of high competition, increasing requirements for the quality of education, and the need to invest in intellectual and material resources for successful team building.
