Pedagogical research as a factor of teacher wellbeing

Abstract

In recent years, teachers’ professional wellbeing has become increasingly important. Professional wellbeing includes job satisfaction as a driver of success, participation in research activities, personal significance and achievements, stress levels and emotional stability. This paper examines how teacher research activity affects teachers’ professional wellbeing. Today, creating and maintaining a supportive environment for teachers is becoming an essential task for any educational organisation.
