Abstract
This article describes a Lesson Study conducted by teachers of the International Baccalaureate secondary programme to identify effective strategies and tools for providing quality education for students with special educational needs (SEN). Inclusive education through playful
interaction and examples of their practical application are also examined. Attention is paid to levels of motivation and student engagement in different lessons.
