Abstract
The article examines the comprehensive experience of the “Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools” autonomous educational organisation (NIS) in supporting rural hub schools in Kazakhstan, focusing on stakeholders: students, teachers, leaders, and parents. The article presents diagnostic methods, systems for improving the professional potential of teachers and psychological support, and the initial results, insights and challenges of the project implementation. It is supported by statistical data and interviews. The conclusions formulate recommendations for the further development of a model for sustainable support of rural educational communities.
