Abstract

How to help rural teachers believe in their abilities? Where to find opportunities for growth in conditions of limited resources? The answer lies in partnership. This article describes the experience of the Abay school lyceum as a resource centre for four magnet schools. It presents methods of interaction, non-standard support formats, and real-life cases that have influenced the quality of education and the professional growth of teachers.
