Abstract
This article examines how emotional intelligence influences team dynamics, collaboration, and productivity. Its purpose is to deepen the understanding of the relationship between team characteristics, emotional intelligence, stress resistance, and their impact on team effectiveness. To achieve this goal, a review of studies on the influence of emotional intelligence on team effectiveness was conducted, and the importance of studying emotional intelligence levels in teams was established. Key methods for assessing emotional intelligence levels were described, and a quantitative data collection approach was used.
Employees of the Center for Pedagogical Measurements in Astana participated in the study. The team’s emotional intelligence level was determined using the N. Hall Emotional Intelligence Test. Based on the findings, a training plan was developed to further enhance emotional intelligence within the team.
