Abstract

In the proposed article, the author considers
teamwork as a necessary process for achieving positive educational outcomes. The author describes the principles of successful teamwork using examples of Quantum STEM School’s experience. The author also focuses on the drivers of motivation responsible for employee engagement in teamwork.
