Study of psychological features of teachers’ interpersonal relations

Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of psychological features of teachers’ interpersonal relations, their influence on teachers’ personal development, as well as their role in creating a harmonious and productive educational environment. The article presents an experimental study of the psychological features of personal development of high school teachers based on the analysis of literary sources, including the works of native researchers-psychologists. Interpersonal relations of teachers-participants of the experiment using T. Leary’s method “I-real” within the framework of the method “Study of interpersonal relations” are considered. The average values of interpersonal interaction types of the participating teachers were analysed. These data contribute to a better understanding of the dynamics of teachers’ interpersonal relationships and their influence on personal development.
