Abstract
The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the support school model, aimed at improving the quality of education in rural schools of Kazakhstan. The main goal of the model is to offer rural students an educational environment equivalent to that of urban schools, ensure the professional development of teachers, and modernize the educational infrastructure. Based on the experience of the Alikhan Bokeikhan support school-lyceum №15, the article presents practical implementation, methodological features, and its impact on educational quality through concrete examples. Achievements in STEM, robotics, and scientific projects demonstrate that the support school model is an effective initiative that contributes to the innovative development of rural education. The article is intended for the scientific and pedagogical community and professionals interested in modernizing the education system.
