Abstract

In this article, we suggest reflecting on some of the barriers to building quality teamwork, within each of which, as usual, are hidden opportunities. The conclusions drawn in this article are the result of the observation by the trainers of the Center of Excellence branch on the development of team-building practices in schools, as well as the reflections made possible by the books recommended at the end.
