Abstract

For effective and successful implementation of the project of training leaders of change for schools in Kazakhstan, a scientific approach is crucial not only in their training itself but also in supporting their further advancement. We consider three factors that require attention to achieve a long-term and sustainable effect of the project: the factor of mentoring and expert support of trainers, the factor of time required for successful implementation of the practice, and the factor of competence of structures whose responsibilities include the task of supporting change.

Key wordschange leaders, manageable changes, success factors
