Teachers’ collaborative culture and its impact on professional practice

Abstract
This article describes the impact of teacher collaboration on teaching and learning practices. Referring to the work of several scholars, the authors highlight the positive and negative factors that influence successful teacher collaboration. While intra-team cohesion, and positive school culture support collaboration, time constraints and overload hinder it. It concludes by pointing out the conditions that promote teacher cooperation.
