Инклюзивное образование для всех в Кувейте: исследовательский подход

Аннотация

Инклюзивное образование представляет собой трансформационную парадигму, утверждающую право каждого обучающегося на доступ к высококачественному обучению в общеобразовательных учреждениях. В статье прослеживается эволюция инклюзивного образования — от Саламанкской декларации 1994 года до современных мандатов ЮНЕСКО, а также раскрывается теоретическая основа его принципов и целей. Существенная часть работы посвящена авторской перспективе, обобщающей более десяти лет прикладных исследований в Кувейте. В данном разделе анализируется национальный опыт с акцентом на развитие профессиональных компетенций педагогов, внедрение практик, основанных на доказательствах, и инновации в учебных программах. Показано, каким образом исследования позволяют выявлять и использовать существующие сильные стороны системы образования для укрепления системной синергии.
В заключение предложены ориентированные на будущее рекомендации, направленные на ускорение прогресса и развитие модели инклюзии, основанной на аутентичности и устойчивости. Синтез глобальных теоретических подходов и местной исследовательской базы вносит оптимистичный вклад в дискурс о построении образовательных систем, в которых каждый обучающийся может реализовать свой потенциал.
