Аннотация
Инклюзивті білім беру — әрбір білім алушының жалпы білім беру ортасында сапалы білім алу құқығын қолдайтын трансформациялық парадигма. Бұл мақалада 1994 жылғы Саламанка декларациясынан бастап ЮНЕСКО-ның соңғы мандаттарына дейінгі инклюзивті білім берудің даму эволюциясы қарастырылады, сондай-ақ оның принциптері мен мақсаттарына қатысты берік теориялық негіз ұсынылады. Мақаланың басым бөлігі Кувейтте он жылдан астам уақыт мерзімінде жүргізілген тәжірибеге негізделген зерттеулерді жинақтайтын авторлық көзқарасқа арналған. Бұл жұмыста педагогтерді дамыту, ғылыми дәлелдерге негізделген тәжірибелерді табысты қолдану және оқу бағдарламаларын жаңғырту мәселелеріне баса назар аудара отырып, Кувейттің даму жолы сипатталады.
