Abstract
This article examines the transformation of the teacher’s role within the context of inclusive education, where the teacher becomes a key figure in designing an educational environment that promotes equality. Drawing on practical experience from schools in Kazakhstan, it outlines the principles for establishing an interdisciplinary support team, effective partnerships with families, and a system of continuous professional development for teachers.
The article is aimed at practising teachers, researchers and educationalists seeking to understand and implement the humanistic ideals of inclusive education in their work.
