Abstract

The authors present the experience of mentoring activities carried out within the framework of the teaching practice of participants in teacher retraining courses. The study analyzes the results of lesson observations and the provision of constructive feedback to the participants. The observations revealed the dynamics of developing key professional competencies, including the ability to identify effective teaching strategies, manage the educational process, and establish productive interaction with students. The findings confirmed that systematic observation and constructive feedback play an important role in the development of teaching mastery. Notably, after receiving feedback and recommendations, participants made changes to lesson planning and improved their skills in reflection, assessment, and student interaction. The results are presented in the article through practical examples, analytical conclusions, graphs, and tables. The acquired experience contributed to enhancing the quality of the educational process and strengthening pedagogical competence.

Key words: lesson observation, constructive feedback, pedagogical practice, mentoring support
